Perform ERP system configurations and improvements We are seeking an experienced professional with leadership vision and solid mastery of HR Department routines to work in one of the group's largest operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the team and ensure smooth operation of HR Department routines; * Manage and execute benefit, vacation, termination, and timekeeping processes; * Conduct commission assessments and validations; * Perform payroll entries, calculations, and full payroll reconciliation; * Generate statutory contributions and fulfill all accessory obligations: eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS, among others; * Act as legal representative in labor hearings; * Perform ERP system configurations, updates, and improvements. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in this role; * Ability to lead and develop teams; * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency with ERP systems. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes lunch break); * **Salary:** To be negotiated + benefits.
