* Production Engineer with extensive experience in fabrication and machining. * Plan, coordinate and monitor machining operations (milling, turning, drilling, threading) and fabrication (cutting, bending, welding, assembly) focusing on productivity and meeting deadlines * Distribute Production Orders (POs) based on available resources, avoiding downtime and unnecessary setups * Ensure dimensional and tolerance compliance according to technical drawings * Supervise inspections, reduce rework and promote continuous improvement * Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, consumables and required tooling * Plan and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance of machines (CNC, machining centers, presses, shears, boilers, etc.) * Lead multifunctional teams: operators, fabricators, programmers, inspectors * Develop personnel, define roles, plan training, conduct feedback sessions, manage shifts, vacations and turnover * Monitor KPIs such as productivity, scrap rate, lead time, OEE, and utilization rate * Manage costs (OPEX/CAPEX), suggest improvements, waste reduction and adoption of new technologies * Promote Lean techniques (5S, VSM, quick setup, cellular manufacturing) * Lead layout projects, implementation of new equipment or software, automation and process digitization * Collaborate with PPC, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Finance departments * Participate in S&OP meetings and present reports to management Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$9,000.00 - R$20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Required) Experience: * Fabrication and machining (Required)
