




Job Summary: A professional responsible for grain unloading, handling, and drying, as well as supporting the team and maintaining equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment and workplace maintenance and cleaning **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** ▪Follow company policies, standards, procedures, and code of conduct. ▪Contribute to a positive organizational climate by respecting company values and culture. ▪Perform duties with emphasis on meeting departmental performance indicators. ▪Contribute to improving departmental processes. ▪Assist with tasks of other positions whenever required, in exceptional cases. ▪Perform grain unloading and handling inside the warehouse using various equipment—including redlers, dumpers, hoppers, and dryers—as operationally needed. ▪Support drying operations, including loading the furnace with firewood to ensure process continuity and energy efficiency. ▪Support the grading team by collecting laboratory samples following technical procedures to ensure sample representativeness. ▪Support the scale team during grain loading for dispatch, ensuring proper product distribution. ▪Assist in physical inventory of stored grains, performing accurate counts for stock control and traceability. ▪Apply pesticides (insecticides, fungicides) when necessary, complying with safety regulations and technical guidelines for pest control. ▪Clean equipment and workplaces, maintaining an organized and safe environment for daily operations. ▪Assist in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime and extend machinery service life. **REQUIREMENTS** Elementary education Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
