Job Summary: Responsible for assisting victims in emergency and urgent conditions by providing pre-hospital care and accompanying them to the hospital or health center. Key Highlights: 1. Operate land-based emergency vehicles and support emergency response teams Responsible for assisting victims in emergency and urgent conditions by delivering pre\-hospital care and accompanying them during transportation to the hospital or health center, with the objective of stabilizing their condition until they can receive full medical support from all necessary healthcare resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prevent and respond to emergencies related to first aid; * Inspect first-aid equipment; * Conduct health awareness lectures; * Conduct emergency drills, monitor equipment expiration dates, and verify compliance of first-aid equipment; * Perform first-aid techniques; * Rescue victims; * Respond to incidents both on-site and aboard ambulances; * Protect people and property from fire and leakage hazards; * Operate land-based emergency vehicles designated for patient care and transport; * Perform daily ambulance checklists and carry out basic activities related to vehicle maintenance and operation; * Assess, inspect, and maintain first-aid equipment; * Support the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) team and Emergency Brigade team; * Ensure clear and efficient communication with immediate supervisors and the Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: \- Completed high school education with professional training as a Pre\-Hospital Care Attendant, Civil Firefighter, or Military Police Officer; * Relevant work experience; * Experience operating emergency vehicles. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines—both part of the Baratinha Complex—and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Steel Valley, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais Project entered operation, with a dry-processing annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons, increasing the total Baratinha Complex capacity to 4.0 million tons per year. In the municipalities of João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project began operations in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds 130 million tons of mineral resources, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year using exclusively dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará State, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, this project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
