**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate contract execution across refractory application fronts, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
* Ensure adherence to scope, deadlines, costs and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
* Lead operational and administrative teams, promoting operational discipline, engagement and team development.
* Interact directly with the customer, facilitating technical, operational and contractual alignment.
* Ensure compliance with SSMA (Safety, Security, Health and Environment) standards, labor legislation and applicable legal requirements.
* Manage resource planning, team mobilization and demobilization.

**Required knowledge and skills:**

MOBILE EQUIPMENT INSPECTOR
Responsible for inspecting and evaluating the condition, performance, and safety of mobile equipment used in the company’s operations to ensure compliance with established maintenance and safety standards, guaranteeing optimal equipment functionality and minimizing risks.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise the activities of a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians.
* Carry out inspection routes and maintenance plans according to the PCM schedule and manufacturer manuals.
* Conduct comprehensive inspections of yellow-line equipment, verifying the condition of tires, running gear, brakes, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering systems, and other components.
* Identify any wear, damage, or failure that could affect equipment performance or safety.
* Review maintenance records and historical data for yellow-line equipment, analyzing performed services, dates of most recent maintenance, component replacements, and repairs carried out.
* Identify recurring issues or specific preventive maintenance needs for each piece of equipment.
* Perform regular inspections and detailed reporting to enable early problem detection, facilitating decision-making and appropriate maintenance execution.

MACHINE OPERATOR I - MINE OPERATION
Work in the Mine, Bay, and Yards operations area, following operational and safety procedures, applying knowledge of machine and equipment operation, while remaining attentive to environmental and equipment conditions.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Operate equipment such as wheel loaders, track-type tractors, excavators, breakers, compactors, and motor graders in the mine, bay, and yard operations areas.
* Perform activities in the ROM yard, pits, and piles (ore, waste rock, and tailings), complying with internal standards and applicable legislation to prevent accidents and damage to company assets.
* Operate and inspect equipment, accurately input fleet control system data using a tablet.
* Complete the equipment checklist, detailing observed or occurred mechanical failures to guide maintenance work, and immediately report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor.
