Focus on solution and performance, removing operational obstacles Will be responsible for ensuring the full operation of installed power plants and systems, providing agile and efficient technical support to field teams and customers, removing operational obstacles, and leading the team with full focus on solution and performance. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Certifications in solar energy will be considered as a plus; * Prior experience in After\-Sales or Technical Support; * Experience in Solar Energy (Photovoltaic), Telecommunications, or Industrial Automation sectors; * Practical field technician experience (essential requirement); * Experience managing warranties (RMA) with manufacturers and distributors; * Familiarity with data analysis and remote monitoring platforms; * Advanced configuration of inverters and data loggers; * Diagnosis of photovoltaic power plants through generation curve analysis; * Issues with utility grid; * Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings to differentiate between installation errors and equipment defects; * Capability to perform accurate remote diagnostics; * Driver's license category B and willingness to travel. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Servant Leadership:** Act as a facilitator for the team, removing barriers and providing continuous support.
