**Job Summary:** * Support participant onboarding (candidate outreach, list preparation, reception, and activity environment setup); * Participate in candidate profiling and follow-up stages; * Produce posters and promotional materials for job openings; * Develop registration forms and links as needed; * Send selection process information (date, time, location) to candidates; * Maintain the approved candidates spreadsheet and screen youth information; * Update the Talent Database and verify availability for remote orientation sessions; * Provide support and guidance to apprentices via WhatsApp. * **Qualifications and Skills** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work * Active registration with the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS) * Availability to work in **Ipatinga** * 30-hour weekly workload; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Part-time Compensation: R$2,500.00 – R$2,700.00 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed degree in Social Work? * Do you have an active CRESS registration? * Are you available to work from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.?
