The role involves monitoring billing, controlling expenses, and tracking service-related KPIs. The analyst will also support the sales team in preparing proposals and maintain interfaces with internal and external customers, contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement of the department. **Responsibilities** * Perform administrative tasks, including document control, file organization, and report preparation; * Assist with billing, expense control, and monitoring of service-related KPIs; * Maintain up-to-date records of contracts and agreements with customers; * Contribute to implementing continuous improvements in administrative processes; * Ensure strong relationships with internal and external customers, aiming for satisfaction and issue resolution; * Support the sales team in preparing proposals and quotations, and participate in meetings with suggestions for improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in administrative roles or related areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the services sector; * Knowledge of financial routines such as billing and expense control; * Proficiency with TOTVS; * English proficiency is a plus. **Travel and Work Modality** * On-site work
