We are seeking a **Senior Facilities and Security Analyst**, who will be responsible for supporting and executing administrative and operational activities related to corporate facilities services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage building infrastructure services (cleaning, maintenance, physical security, and front desk), ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance with contracts. * Monitor budgets and support procurement and supplier negotiation processes. * Supervise and inspect service providers, inspections, and corrective and preventive maintenance. * Support the implementation and monitoring of SSMA practices, carrying out guidance and team support activities. * Prepare technical reports, non-conformance inspection reports, and propose improvements to operational and security processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in corporate facilities routines and processes—including contract management, supplier management, budgeting, and infrastructure—will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Life insurance; * Day off; * Private pension plan; * SESC agreement; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
