Training, guidance, and support for employees ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Supervise operational teams at workstations. Monitor schedules, coverage, incidents, and replacements. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client standards. Record daily activity reports and observations. Train, guide, and support field employees. Maintain direct interface with the client, ensuring service delivery and alignment of requirements. Support the supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience in the operational area, preferably in security, facilities, or services. Completed high school education. Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to resolve conflicts. Driver's license A/B (or as required by the company). Night shift availability. ### **BENEFITS** Salary: R$ 2626.00 + 30% + night shift allowance. Meal voucher: R$ 805.00 Transportation using company vehicle.
