Participation in defining interfaces and application standards Planning and creation of a game (together with the game developer), considering all aspects including content, mechanics, characters, interactions, and other elements affecting the user’s experience with the game; primary creative and conceptual contributions (together with a team of specifiers and developers) include: game plot; character design and dialogue; game maps and environments; foundational game rules; obstacles to be overcome; and game difficulty levels. The game designer is fully involved in the user’s experience while playing the game, which entails planning how to keep the user engaged with the story and objectives of the game. Application Design: * Propose screen and report layouts; * Type, format, and illustrate texts; * Design game mechanics, rules, and adapt the narrative that connects all components; * Develop logical and graphical pre-designs; * Participate in defining ergonomic navigation criteria for applications; * Participate in defining communication and interactivity interfaces; * Participate in defining application standards; * Conceptualize plot, maps, environments, rules, difficulty levels, enemies/obstacles, platform, art, genre, and user experience.
