




Job Summary: An HR professional to conduct recruitment processes and support various HR routines, such as benefits administration, electronic timekeeping, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Organize the HR department Recruitment and Selection: Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, administering tests, updating interview and recruitment tracking systems, providing feedback to agencies and candidates, verifying candidate references, issuing approval cover sheets for selected candidates, and other related HR activities. Provide support to the HR department in other necessary routines: Benefits administration, Electronic timekeeping, Payroll reporting, Training, Performance evaluation, Employee assistance, Document filing, Department organization according to 5S principles (Physical and Digital).
