A marketing professional to support the execution of institutional and promotional marketing activities, content creation, and communication channel management.

Contribute to the execution of the hospital's institutional and promotional marketing activities, supporting content creation, event organization, updates to communication channels, and strategies for engaging internal and external audiences. Ensure proper use of the institution's branding to strengthen its image and promote its services ethically and humanely.
Support the creation of content for social media, the institutional website, internal and external newsletters, and graphic materials;
Periodically update the institution's digital communication channels (Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.);
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and awareness-raising initiatives for commemorative dates;
Oversee the production of graphic materials with suppliers (banners, brochures, promotional items, etc.);
Plan, capture, and edit photos, videos, and audio for hospital campaigns, training sessions, and events;
Draft captions, calls-to-action, and scripts, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and the editorial calendar;
Support the logistics and promotion of scientific events, training sessions, fairs, and lectures;
Respond to internal department requests related to institutional communication;
Manage inventory of promotional and outreach materials;
Collect data and metrics for campaign performance reports (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, etc.);
Strictly apply the brand book (typography, colors, tone of voice, photography).
Maintain an updated asset library (logos, templates, mock\-ups, image bank).
