The role involves planning, team guidance, and equipment control, and is essential for maintaining plant health and ensuring safety—especially near electrical power lines. 3 \- Main Job Responsibilities: Lead field teams in maintaining green areas, pruning trees, shrubs, and plants, ensuring technical execution, efficiency, and operational safety. Lead gardeners, pruners, and assistants daily by assigning tasks and monitoring productivity. Plan and supervise formation pruning, cleaning pruning, crown raising, or radical pruning of trees and shrubs. Monitor correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety regulations—particularly for work at heights and near electrical power lines. Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment such as chainsaws, brush cutters, pruning shears, and aerial pruners. Organize work schedules, request materials, and manage removal of waste (branches, trunks, and leaves). Technical Support: Ensure pruning complies with environmental and technical standards to avoid damage to plant structure. Comply with the (GSI) Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health Policy, where applicable. Comply with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and regulations to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions.
