Does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Store and record fixed assets, ensuring the creation and updating of asset accounts (name, specification, value, user department, etc.). * Monitor daily asset management, including usage, movement, maintenance, internal transfers, loans, and returns. * Conduct periodic inventories (monthly, quarterly, and annual), analyze discrepancies between records and physical reality, prepare reports, and propose corrections. * Manage asset disposal and scrapping processes—such as scrapping, sale, or loss reporting—and organize related contracts, supporting documents, and reports. * Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, or Technology in Business Management or Logistics. * Advanced or fluent English. * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs) is a plus. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. * Willingness to work on-site in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize the well-being of our employees and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
