The professional will be responsible for coordinating all stages related to the company’s events—from conception through execution and post-event evaluation—ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and execute events of various scales across different regions of Brazil * Develop and implement creative concepts for events * Coordinate event logistics, including transportation of materials and staff * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers * Manage event timelines and budgets * Supervise setup and teardown of event structures * Resolve problems and unforeseen issues during event execution * Control costs and optimize resources * Prepare post-event reports * Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers * Conduct site visits to select venues and suppliers Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Fields of Study:* Audiovisual Communication, Bachelor’s Degree * Marketing, Bachelor’s Degree * Events Management, Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B Willingness to travel * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * TotalPass * Food Allowance
