In João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project began operations in the third quarter of 2025. The project holds 130 million tons of resources, of which 33 million tons are high-grade, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year, exclusively via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, this project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
