Focus on customer portfolio management and prospecting **Job Description:** ---------------------- Bermo Valves and Industrial Equipment, a national reference in industrial equipment sales and maintenance, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to serve customers in the Steel Valley region of Minas Gerais. If you possess exceptional communication skills, in-depth expertise in fluid conveyance and control solutions, and are motivated by goals and challenges, we want to meet you! The role will be defined as follows. What you will do: Plan and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives; Manage customer portfolios, maintain long-term relationships, prospect new opportunities, and reactivate inactive customers; Provide technical support to customers, including solution presentations and development of customized proposals; Maintain and monitor information in ERP and CRM systems, while tracking orders, deadlines, and deliveries; Conduct market, competitive, and sales performance analyses, proposing strategic improvements; Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience; Conduct workshops and training sessions; Participate in trade fairs and events. Occasional support to Espírito Santo. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Previous experience selling fluid control solutions; Must have hands-on experience in valves, heat exchange, pneumatics, automation, oil & gas, pulp & paper.
