Will manage and control the customer portfolio, ensuring credit recovery and reduction of delinquency while maintaining ethical relationships.

Will be responsible for managing and controlling the customer portfolio, ensuring credit recovery, reduction of delinquency, and maintenance of professional and ethical relationships with customers; monitoring outstanding invoices, negotiating payment terms, and supporting the company's financial health.
**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
* Prior experience in collections or finance;
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, and professional demeanor;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation;
* Basic knowledge of financial routines and accounts receivable management.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with ERP systems and collections tools;
* Experience in B2B collections or managing large portfolios;
* Knowledge of credit analysis and delinquency policies.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Monitor the customer portfolio and outstanding invoices;
* Conduct proactive and preventive collections via phone, e-mail, and other channels;
* Negotiate payment terms, conditions, and agreements with customers;
* Record and update collection information in the system/ERP;
* Monitor delinquency and support credit recovery initiatives;
* Prepare managerial reports with collection and performance indicators;
* Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Accounting departments;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures;
* Support continuous improvement of collection processes.
