Responsibilities and Duties: Collect, organize, and analyze real-time company data, transforming information into clear, objective, and strategic dashboards. Develop reports and KPIs in Power BI to support management decision-making. Monitor and analyze business metrics, including: Revenue Cancellations Delinquency Growth and retention Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement from data. Ensure the quality, reliability, and timeliness of presented information. Support the company’s strategic departments with analyses that drive results and performance.
