If you want to work for a diverse multinational company that truly values its people, we have an opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform filling of industrial cylinders, baskets, and VGLs, completing required entries in reports according to quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as scheduled. * Maintain the workplace clean and organized. * Fulfill distribution-scheduled orders, meeting deadlines and quantities to satisfy internal and external customers’ needs. * Ensure equipment related to filling stations, gas purifiers, vacuum and cryogenic pumps, and compressors operate within pre-established quality and safety standards. * Keep analytical equipment calibrated to comply with existing quality plans. * Perform classification, separation, and inspection of cylinders, baskets, and VGLs. * Conduct external cylinder inspections, identifying essential parameters for approval or rejection of filling, and perform odor and hammer tests. * Verify routes, supplies, and customer vehicles; conduct periodic inventories to align physical inventory with system inventory. * Perform load separation, assembly, and loading using electric forklifts and pallet jacks. * Comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies, and support maintaining the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), implementing sustainable and continuous improvement initiatives. * Strictly adhere to established safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices for chemicals and cylinders. * Participate in company-provided training and development programs to enhance technical skills, process knowledge, and safety awareness. * Ensure product specifications are met using available resources, minimizing costs while adhering to established technical specifications, quality, and safety standards. Perform batch analysis for medical and industrial products prior to customer shipment, following specific standard operating procedures per area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education and minimum 2 years of experience in production or maintenance. Knowledge: Internal Production and Filling Standards and Procedures (Intelex-based), SAP, Environmental Aspects and Impacts, HSEQ Policy, Messer Operational Procedures and ABNT standards, and forklift/pallet jack operation.
