**Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns. * Manage Ceitel’s communication channels (corporate website, blog, social media, email marketing, printed materials). * Produce and review promotional content that conveys Ceitel’s differentiators to customers and partners. * Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), prepare analytical reports, and present them to management. * Conduct NPS surveys. * Manage the marketing budget, planning, executing, and demonstrating the effectiveness of investments made. * Collaborate with internal departments (sales and support) to align communication and sales strategies. * Ensure visual identity and brand positioning consistency for Ceitel across all touchpoints. * Propose ideas for improvement and innovation to implement in marketing processes, campaigns, and tools. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Prior experience in marketing (minimum 3 years). * Proficiency in performance metrics (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, paid media). * Skills in content production and editing. * Knowledge of video editing and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with the Wix platform for creating and maintaining corporate websites.
