We are looking for a proactive and committed professional to join our general services team, ensuring excellence in cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform cleaning and maintenance of all company areas, including general offices, corridors, staircases, and elevators. Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, ensuring timely restocking of supplies. Clean glass surfaces and kitchenettes. Properly collect and remove waste from all areas. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** Completed elementary education. Proven prior work experience in the role of General Services Assistant or similar, documented on employment record. Availability to work Monday through Friday during business hours. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Strong communication skills and proactivity. Commitment to quality and organization.
