Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating operational activities on construction sites, ensuring execution in accordance with planning, schedule, and safety and quality standards. Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment Position Objective Responsible for supervising and coordinating operational activities on the construction site, ensuring that services are executed according to planning, schedule, quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and engineering technical instructions. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise construction site work teams (masons, laborers, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, and other professionals). * Assign tasks according to the construction plan. * Ensure services are executed in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and instructions from the responsible engineer. * Monitor activity progress and schedule compliance. * Control the use of construction site materials, tools, and equipment. * Request necessary materials for activity execution. * Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and safety. * Instruct the team on correct PPE usage and compliance with safety regulations. * Support resolution of technical and operational issues during service execution. * Perform daily team control (attendance, productivity, and discipline). * Report construction progress, difficulties, and needs to the responsible engineer. * Monitor third-party services when external contracts are in place. * Ensure service execution quality to avoid rework. Operational Activities * Verification of completed work. * Monitoring of concrete pouring, masonry, finishing, and other construction phases. * Team productivity control. * Support in service measurement. * Verification of structural alignment, level, and plumb. * Support in organizing the execution schedule. Job Requirements Education * Completed elementary education (minimum). * Secondary education completion preferred. Experience * Proven experience in civil construction projects. * Prior experience as a team leader or construction site supervisor.
