**Your main responsibilities**
* Operate a front-end loader to load and unload furnaces, dispatch coal, organize and clean coal piles, and move coal piles, following procedures and safety standards.
* Maintain machine cleanliness and preservation, perform operational checklists and record relevant information, and promptly report any abnormalities to your supervisor.
* Operate tractors to move implements, materials, and inputs, and perform mechanical barrelment of furnaces using agricultural tractors, as required by operational demand.
* Occasionally drive light vehicles for transporting people or materials as needed.
* Assist in covering coal piles according to weather conditions, covering and uncovering them as necessary.
* Assist in fire suppression efforts, as required and needed.
**Minimum requirements**
* Driver’s license category C or higher;
* Completed high school education;
* Availability to work at the Buriti Coal Production Unit in Martinho Campos/MG;
Availability to work rotating shifts.

**It would be a plus if you:**
The following skills are not mandatory for this position but may distinguish you in this selection process:
* Experience in charcoal production;
* Experience operating machinery;
Possession of a certificate for heavy machinery operation training.

This is an on-site position located in Martinho Campos/MG.

**How does our selection process work?**
This is the first stage of our process. After submitting your resume, our recruitment team will assess whether now is the right time for you to advance to the interview phase. These conversations begin with our People team. Subsequently, you’ll proceed to the assessment stage, depending on your progress in the process. Next, you’ll meet with the leadership or technical reference of your target area. Upon approval, your onboarding and arrival at ArcelorMittal will begin.
