We aim to grow—as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Your Mission Will Be:** To develop technological solutions that impact the speed and quality of services delivered in the healthcare sector. **Success Criteria for This Role:** Ensure the evolution of Inovadora’s products, considering value delivery to customers and alignment with business objectives. **What You’ll Do:** * Transform product vision into an actionable backlog, translating requirements into features that add value to the product, the customer, and the business; * Analyze system enhancement requests, verifying their alignment with the product vision and prioritizing them according to importance; * Write feature user stories and define acceptance criteria, identifying technical requirements and impacts on related processes, as well as estimating time required for completion; * Create, refine, and prioritize the backlog, identifying tasks to be developed during the sprint and released in upcoming versions—based on the value each delivers to the customer and the business; * Collaborate with the development team by sharing each user story, clarifying questions, providing additional details about backlog items, and ensuring the team fully understands all requirements; * Approve developed features by evaluating whether they meet defined acceptance criteria and deciding whether they are complete and ready for release—or require further adjustments; * Share new versions with the release team, explaining new features and how they address customer needs; * Ensure proper documentation of system features—creating new documentation and keeping existing documentation updated following implemented improvements; * Engage with stakeholders—including customers and other departments within Inovadora—to gather and provide information regarding requirements, and to update progress, future plans, and potential changes in direction. **How You’ll Do It:** * Assume responsibilities outlined in the departmental plan; * Understand the business and already grasp interdependencies among relevant variables; * Make operational decisions—even those without precedent—understanding the impact of your actions on your team and on teams with which you interface most closely; * Receive prioritized responsibilities and seek guidance and support when needed; * Deliver outputs of varying complexity, predominantly simpler and standardized ones; * Deliver high-quality results even when requiring extra effort.
