Opportunity to work on general HR routines **Description:** We are looking for a Senior HR Assistant to perform general HR department routines, primarily focusing on termination processes, vacation calculation and verification, and benefits management—ensuring legal compliance, proper information organization, and excellent service to employees within a high-volume workload environment requiring responsible handling of sensitive and confidential data. **Responsibilities:** * Support payroll closing for the group * Serve as the focal point for vacation calculation and verification, terminations, and benefits management * Maintain and update employee records * Provide employee support to clarify HR-related questions * Organize and manage labor documentation and files * Support internal audits and legal compliance routines * Input and verify information in the system **Requirements:** * Experience in HR department * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Knowledge of vacation calculation, terminations, and benefits management * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience with Sênior System is a plus * Experience working in large companies and/or high-volume information environments * Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills
