Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide Level 2 support—either by phone or online—guiding users and answering questions regarding all system processes, configurations, and registrations; * Develop reports in RM Reports and Reporting Service; * Develop grade calculation formulas in TOTVS Educacional; * Customize screens using the Metadata tool; * Implement the School Census; * Prepare manuals; * Test customizations; * Approve new functionalities; * Update TOTVS RM versions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields; * Experience implementing and maintaining the TOTVS RM Educacional system; * Knowledge of SQL databases; * Experience with configuration, business rules, customer service, and technical support; * Experience working in basic education institutions is desirable; * Teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Completion of the TOTVS Educacional Basic Education course.
