Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for production applications; * Monitor and troubleshoot system failures; * Perform mass installation and updating of applications; * Operate Linux and Docker environments; * Execute deployments and rollbacks via Jenkins; * Execute and maintain automations using Ansible and Python; * Support SQL and NoSQL databases; * Investigate incidents and implement operational fixes; * Document technical procedures and operational routines; * Support the development team in production incidents.
