Job Summary: The professional will provide operational and strategic support to the sales team, contributing to agility and effectiveness in closing deals and acting as a liaison between the commercial department and internal processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and strategic support to the sales team 2. Development of commercial proposals and technical service proposals 3. Support to the commercial team throughout all stages of the sales process The role involves providing operational and strategic support to the sales team, directly contributing to agility and effectiveness in the formalization and closing of business deals. Acting as a liaison between the commercial area and the company's internal processes, ensuring smooth handling of requests and high-quality information. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring the execution status of orders (services or rentals); * Preparing commercial proposals for products (external sales representatives); * Preparing proposals for technical services (all sales representatives); * Systematic approval through Critical Analysis; * Monitoring equipment awaiting quotation/evaluation; * Monitoring equipment awaiting entry; * Supporting the commercial team in other activities related to the pre-closing phase of the sales process; * Handling post-sale customer requests (e.g., invoice copies, re-sending documentation, inquiries); * Supporting the technical or operational departments regarding customer-related pending items; * Monitoring ongoing Service Orders; * Updating the CRM with post-sales records. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in administrative or commercial routines; * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SANKHYA), basic knowledge of CRM, and Microsoft Office suite; * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields are desirable; * Prior experience supporting sales teams or in commercial assistance roles is desirable; * Knowledge of critical analysis processes and proposal management; * Experience in industrial or technical sector companies will be considered an advantage.
