Analyze and develop new projects in collaboration with management. **Responsibilities** Responsible for monitoring construction budgets and schedules; controlling costs; presenting progress reports; authorizing purchases; monitoring and releasing measurements in Sienge; coordinating construction projects; analyzing new project development together with partners, among other duties. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required; **Relevant experience in the responsibilities described above is required;** Proficiency in computer applications (especially Excel); Experience with the Sienge system is desirable; Preference for candidates residing in Ipatinga. **Additional Information** Compensation: R$ 5\.000,00\+ transportation allowance. Working hours: Flexible. Location: Cidade Nobre, Ipatinga.
