**Job Description:** We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to prevent occupational hazards, guide teams, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **No prior experience is required; however, formal education in this field is mandatory.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor field activities and provide guidance on safe work practices; * Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Conduct safety inspections; * Assist in preparing safety reports and documentation; * Support incident investigations and implementation of preventive measures; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in construction sites or external operations; **Work Schedule:** To be determined (flexible availability) Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.825,46 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
