





**Job Mission:** Serve as the technical reference for the cement business, bridging deep knowledge of production processes with high-value-added solutions for customers to drive sustainable growth, technological innovation, and market competitiveness across LATAM. **Position Responsibilities:** * Act as a technical specialist in cement manufacturing processes, supporting customers and internal teams on topics such as: * Raw meal and cement grinding * Kiln operation * Alternative fuels * Energy efficiency * Cement quality and performance * Develop high-level technical relationships with: * Industrial directors * Plant managers * Process engineers * Technical community, universities, and industry associations * Lead the technical interface among customers, R&D, and the commercial area, supporting: * Development and introduction of new technologies * Industrial and laboratory testing * Customized solutions per plant/process * Strategically support the commercial area in: * Structuring technical proposals * Complex supply negotiations \- Key account management * Monitor market trends, competition, emerging technologies, and industrial customers’ needs. * Lead, develop, and train technical and/or commercial teams, including internal and external technical training. **Required Experience/Education/Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields (Civil Engineering accepted only with strong industrial cement experience); * 5–10+ years of technical experience in cement plants; * Proven experience across various production process areas, including grinding, kilns, fuels, and quality/processes; * Experience in cement manufacturing processes; * Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency; * Experience in technical evaluation of product and solution performance; * Ability to act as a senior technical consultant to industrial customers; * Prior experience in a technical leadership, coordination, or management role; * Advanced English proficiency; * Willingness to travel; * Experience with alternative fuels and sustainability (Preferred) * Prior involvement in continuous improvement or innovation projects (Preferred) * Experience in multicultural or LATAM industrial environments (Preferred)
