We seek a Systems Analyst to provide support, development, and continuous improvement for corporate systems, directly contributing to CaptaMed’s operational efficiency and service quality. This professional will play an essential role in analyzing needs, implementing technological solutions, and supporting internal users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to system users, ensuring full functionality of tools. * Configure systems and optimize utilization of available resources. * Train and guide users in operating internally developed or third-party acquired systems. * Gather requirements from business areas and analyze needs for system development or enhancement. * Develop, implement, test, and maintain systems and functionalities. * Customize software according to organizational demands. * Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for systems. * Monitor performance of deployed systems and propose continuous improvements. * Analyze impacts of changes to systems and networks, preventing failures and inconsistencies. * Participate in defining methodologies, processes, and technological resources. * Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System. * Stay updated on technological trends and industry best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in systems analysis, technical support, or software development. * Experience in implementation, maintenance, or customization of systems. * Experience in user support and requirements gathering will be considered a plus. * Healthcare sector experience is desirable. * Programming logic and requirements gathering. * SQL language and data modeling. * Databases (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server). * Software development and system maintenance. * Desirable knowledge of Java, C\# and/or .NET. * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. * Reporting tools (e.g., IReport) will be considered a plus. * Technical English (desirable). **Additional Information** * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), leaving your evenings and weekends free! * Meal allowance (R$ 22.00 per workday). * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided by us. * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction). * Health and dental insurance plans. * SESC membership benefits. * Gympass (Wellhub). * Birthday day off. * Extended marriage leave. * Up to 40% discounts at partner universities.
