




Job Summary: TIMBRO is seeking a professional to oversee the entire import process—from production through final delivery in Brazil—managing freight, shipping documents, and customs clearance. Our mission: **See beyond and accomplish more.** Join us and **\#Timbro**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor imports from production through final delivery to end customers in Brazil; * Track shipment readiness and estimated departure dates; * Obtain international freight quotations and authorize shipments; * Verify shipping documents; * Consult NCM codes, validate item descriptions, and advise on potential LI (Import License) requirements; * Pay expenses related to the import process and release authorizations; * Monitor LI approvals by INMETRO and other competent authorities; * Provide instructions for goods nationalization; * Assess need for container unloading (desova), monitor free time, and receive RIC (Customs Inspection Report); * Track DI (Import Declaration) registration and customs clearance; * Close out the import process, validating and reconciling invoiced versus actual costs; * Foreign exchange settlement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with the Conexos system is considered a plus. * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation Allowance * Meal or Food Voucher * Medical and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program * Total Pass * SESC Partnership * Language Learning Assistance * Private Pension Plan **Other Information:** * Office location: Av.
