**Process Analyst** We are seeking a Process Analyst to map, redesign, and automate critical processes, with strong interaction with business and IT areas. The professional will be responsible for conducting diagnostics, implementing advanced automations, ensuring security and compliance, and serving as a technical reference in BPM, RPA, and integration initiatives. **Job Responsibilities** Mapping and redesign of critical processes: conduct diagnostics with stakeholders, propose high-impact restructurings, and document optimized workflows. Implementation of advanced automations: develop and validate RPA solutions and system integrations, applying architectural standards and best practices. Security and compliance validation: jointly define technical criteria with supervision, perform advanced testing, and ensure adherence to institutional standards and Information Security (IS) policies. Monitoring and continuous improvement: track performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and lead process optimization plans. Automation governance support: contribute to the development of technical guidelines, standards, and best practices for RPA, BPM, and integrations. Technical reference: act as an expert on tools and methodologies, guiding teams and promoting scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. **Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Business Process Management (BPM), RPA and Intelligent Automation, Production Engineering / Lean Six Sigma, Information Management, or Business Analytics. * Certifications in UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere; CBPP, BPMN, or Lean Six Sigma. **Required Knowledge:** * BPM and process modeling techniques. \* RPA tools (\*UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar\*). * Relational databases and advanced SQL queries. * System integrations (APIs, web services, middleware). * Information Security applied to automation, data governance, and solution architecture. **Additional Information** Benefits: Transportation allowance, Meal allowance (BRL 210/month), Food voucher (BRL 28/day), Health and dental plan (Usisaúde), Private pension, Life insurance, Birthday day off, FSFX Benefits Club.
