At Construtora Ápia, you will be a key\-player in planning projects that transform cities. As a Planning Analyst, you will work for a major Construction and Engineering company, supporting the management of schedules, costs, and resources to ensure efficient execution of construction projects. * Develop planning-related services for construction projects, sizing resources and timelines, monitoring their execution, and guiding the workforce to meet Client requirements and achieve the Company’s desired levels of productivity, quality, and cost control. Requirements: **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Technical degree * Advanced Excel proficiency * Analytical ability * Proactivity * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in construction project planning and control * Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Power BI, project management software, BIM, etc.) * MS Project * Primavera P6 * Planning methodologies: LPS, WP, Scrum, etc. * Familiarity with construction projects, especially heavy civil construction Benefits* Co-payment health insurance plan (Unimed/Unifacil) and dental insurance. * Commuter allowance or mobility benefit. * Meal allowance: BRL 320.00 * Life insurance. * Parking and on-site restaurant. * Flexible start time: between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
