




Job Summary: Mechanical Engineer to develop OPEX and CAPEX projects, resolve critical issues, and propose continuous improvements, ensuring effective execution of industrial projects. Propose continuous improvements to operational reliability and safety **Main Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop OPEX and CAPEX mechanical projects, from concept through final delivery; * Prepare technical specifications, descriptive reports, supply scopes, and feasibility analyses; * Identify, analyze, and resolve critical/chronic issues in plant equipment and processes; * Propose continuous improvements aimed at increasing reliability, availability, and operational safety; * Support field activities, with direct involvement in scheduled and emergency shutdowns; * Interface with operational, maintenance, procurement, and supplier teams to ensure effective project execution; * Provide technical support for supplier contracting and evaluation processes. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Solid experience in industrial mechanical projects; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, technical standards, and project documentation; * Knowledge of part and structural modeling and simulation; * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; * Advanced English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate studies in mechanical modeling and simulation, Finite Element Analysis, Structural Analysis, etc. * Experience in OPEX and CAPEX project management; * Knowledge of failure analysis (RFCA), reliability, and problem-solving techniques; * Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management; * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, etc.; * Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems; * Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional relationship skills; * Knowledge of Inventor and Nastran. **Other Important Details:** In the “Attach Document” field, it is mandatory to attach your updated resume.
