Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Monitoring and applying labor, tax, union, and social security legislation in each country. * Drafting employment contracts (in coordination with Legal), policies, and documents in accordance with local requirements. * Designing and executing processes related to hiring, onboarding, terminations, and contract rescissions. * Coordinating equipment delivery and medical exams (pre-employment and post-termination, where applicable). * Liaising with local accounting firms regarding payroll processing and labor charge management. * Reviewing and validating payroll (salaries, deductions, benefits, overtime, etc.). * Managing and tracking vacations, leaves of absence, and other absences per each country’s legislation. * Managing electronic timekeeping systems (or other locally required solutions). * Administering international benefits (insurance, vouchers, allowances, etc.) and conducting negotiations. * Providing direct support to international employees regarding HR-related questions. * Preparing and controlling monthly labor cost provisions. * Ensuring organization and up-to-date maintenance of employee data and documentation. * Monitoring and implementing local legal or procedural changes related to people management.
