This professional will be responsible for supporting and executing people management processes, contributing to organizational development and ensuring sound HR practices across all stages of the employee journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees); * Support the development and implementation of HR policies and practices; * Administer training, development, and performance evaluation programs; * Perform payroll, benefits, and timekeeping controls and routines (in partnership with the Payroll Department); * Monitor organizational climate and turnover indicators, proposing improvements; * Act as a partner to managers in team monitoring and conflict resolution; * Assist in implementing engagement, diversity, and organizational culture initiatives; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations; * Directly manage portals by inputting labor and occupational safety documentation; * Issue invoices in the system; * Knowledge of the TOTVS RM system is a plus.
