Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to join our Planning team, supporting construction site monitoring and project portfolio management, with a focus on analysis and organization. Interaction with BI tools and process automation INTERNSHIP POSITION | CIVIL / PRODUCTION ENGINEERING Belo Horizonte, MG | On-site Schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible) **About the position:** We are looking for an intern to join our Planning team, directly supporting construction site monitoring and the company's project portfolio management. **Requirements:** \* Currently enrolled in Civil or Production Engineering — from the 5th semester onward \* Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Project \* Interest in construction, projects, planning, budgeting, and procurement **Profile we seek:** \* Analytical ability and attention to detail \* Organization and discipline regarding deadlines \* Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation \* Proactivity in anticipating needs **Responsibilities:** \* Support data integration and consolidation across Engineering, Procurement, and Finance departments \* Preparation and updating of physical-financial schedules (S-curves and project status) \* Updating management reports and KPI dashboards (Actual vs. Budget) \* Support in preparing comparative analysis reports for construction projects (activities, forecasts, and inputs) \* Monitoring project targets and physical-financial progress \* Building and maintaining databases (Excel, internal systems, and BI) \* Support in monthly construction project closing \* Monitoring and controlling measurements, budgets, procurement, and field production \* Participation in alignment meetings with construction teams and management to track project progress **Internship Advantages:** \* Exposure to BI dashboards and UAU software (Senior/Globaltec) \* Participation in performance analysis and strategic planning \* Learning opportunities in budgeting, forecasting, and financial indicators \* Process automation and database management **Benefits:** \* Monthly stipend: R$ 1\.518,00 \* Transportation allowance \* Meal/food allowance: R$ 750,00 \* Medical assistance Payment: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
