Our **\#team Back Office** is looking for a person to work as a **Back Office Analyst in the Management area** :) This is a hybrid opportunity (after an initial period of experience) at our office in the Trindade neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC. **Your main responsibilities and activities will be:** * Manage energy consumer portfolios in the Free Energy Market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; * Perform energy balance for consumer clients (analyze energy purchase and sale needs) and control energy purchase and sale billing; * Carry out operations (financial obligations, reports, measurements, general file searches, etc.) in the SCDE and CliqCCEE systems; * Stay updated on energy sector norms and regulations, advising the team and clients on market changes and their impacts; * Collect, analyze, and consolidate information related to energy purchase and sale billing, controlling potential discrepancies and adjusting processes; * Collect, analyze, and consolidate information related to financial obligations, performing allocation when necessary; * Guide and supervise the activities of interns in the area. * Conduct customer seasonality analysis and submit it to counterparties within the deadline. * Monitor integration between the clients Integra and SiiG (the company’s internal systems).
