Works on civil construction projects, reading basic construction drawings, preparing mortar, and correcting surfaces, ensuring quality and safety in the workplace. **Main Responsibilities:** * Build, plaster, lay, and repair masonry structures; * Prepare and apply mortar, concrete, and other materials; * Lay floors, tiles, and cladding; * Read and interpret simple construction blueprints; * Carry out demolitions, renovations, and finishing work; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety regulations (use of PPE and compliance with CIPA and SESMT guidelines). **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of masonry, finishing, and reading simple construction blueprints; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Ability to work in a team; * Willingness to travel; * Driver's license is a plus; * Initial contract duration: 6 months, extendable to 1 year.
