Ensure quality and safety in the workplace A professional responsible for performing masonry, plastering, floor laying, cladding, and other related construction and renovation tasks. Will work on civil construction projects, reading basic construction drawings, preparing mortar, and correcting surfaces, ensuring quality and safety in the workplace. **Main Responsibilities:** * Construct, plaster, lay, and repair masonry structures; * Prepare and apply mortar, concrete, and other materials; * Lay floors, tiles, and claddings; * Read and interpret simple construction blueprints; * Perform demolitions, renovations, and finishing works; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety regulations (use of PPE and compliance with CIPA and SESMT guidelines). **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of masonry, finishing, and reading simple construction blueprints; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Ability to work in a team; * Willingness to travel; * Driver's license is a plus; * Initial contract term: 6 months, extendable to 1 year.
