**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Follow the Production Order issued by the Production Leader; * Supply workbenches with raw materials and consumables to assist assemblers; * Lubricate stapling machines once per day; * Assist assemblers in pallet closure; * Stamp and/or paint the pallet end to identify it according to instructions from the Production Leader, complying with customer specifications; * Apply tape to seal batches when required; * Report quality or process issues to the Operator and/or Leader; * Manually stack pallets; * Adhere to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Maintain cleanliness of the work area, workstation, and organization of tools used; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area so that work quality remains within company-required and specified standards; * Provide support or assistance to other departments or sectors as needed and perform related tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Must be 18 years of age or older; * Industry-related training courses, such as: NRs, Forklift Operation, Machine Operation, Pallet Assembly, Industrial Machine Maintenance, SIPA, Fire Brigade, or other industry-related courses. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:** **Salary:** R$2,013.00 **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday–Friday **Employment Type:** Permanent/CLT **Benefits:** Transportation voucher card + On-site meals + Basic food basket card (R$90.00) + Profit-sharing program (PLR) + Life insurance + Breakfast.
