




Description: * Advanced English proficiency required * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Events, or related fields; * Prior experience managing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, brand activations, or branding projects; * Experience in event curation, management of large-scale activations, and speaker relationship management; * Knowledge of budget management, supplier negotiation, and cost control; * Experience in strategic event planning and project management; * Manage the allocated event budget with a focus on brand positioning; * Develop strategies and define customized activations for each event; * Map the journey of all stakeholders and ensure execution of this journey; * End-to-end management of event operations; * Define requirements for vendor hiring and management; * Align with all involved teams, communicating updates, opportunities, and strategies to maximize results; * Define objectives and KPIs for each event; * Monitor reports, metrics, and perform data and results management; * Ensure execution of the sponsorship strategy, aligning activities with the commercial team; * Plan strategic curation and content alignment; * Willingness to travel. 2512210202551931529
