Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting in food and beverage service tasks, PDV setup, organization, and customer service, while ensuring compliance with regulations and proper equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in food and beverage services and organization. 2. Setup and preparation of point-of-sale (PDV) areas. 3. Maintenance of materials and equipment. Assist in performing tasks according to sanitary surveillance regulations and company standards. Assist in beverage preparation. Restock buffet as needed. Support waitstaff during customer service. Sterilize utensils used in operations. Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. Keep tables clean and organized for customers. Arrange tables and utensils. Conduct setup and preparation of PDVs (Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and Events). Serve meals and beverages to customers. Maintain and preserve materials and equipment.
