Complementary training in dCAP (Digium-Certified Asterisk Professional) or higher, or a course on installation, configuration, and administration of Asterisk servers with a minimum duration of 40 (forty) hours; Complementary training in LINUX server administration or equivalent or higher, with a minimum duration of 40 (forty) hours.
