If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Contribute to the development and implementation of company projects by applying innovations, new methods, equipment, and tools that optimize resource utilization, improve productivity and infrastructure, and facilitate company processes—while also monitoring construction progress and supervising adherence to the defined scope, aiming to deliver stable, fully operational projects within the criteria established with the client. **Detailed Description:** * Develop and lead projects, being responsible for infrastructure project development. * Prepare and coordinate the execution project development across various company departments, ensuring delivery quality and compliance with the defined scope. * Prepare and coordinate projects using cost models and workplace environment analysis; * Coordinate construction contract performance and conduct project financial planning; * Interface with global teams and clients; * Participate in drafting the area submission contract and approving the proposed terms. * Ensure projects are implemented within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards; * Monitor the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of industrial units. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Office suite. * Communication: Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical clients and strong writing skills for reports. * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity: Initiative to resolve issues without constant supervision. * Customer Focus: Relationship-building skills and ability to meet client expectations. * Organization: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 7:10 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with numerous educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
