We are seeking a **Strategy Intern** interested in continuous improvement, performance indicators, and corporate strategy. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the Operational Excellence team in monitoring KPIs and departmental routines; * Assisting in process analysis and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; * Contributing to the preparation of reports and updating of management dashboards; * Supporting process mapping and tracking of action plans; * Participating in projects aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity, and reducing waste; * Collaborating on initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy and objectives. **To participate in our selection process, you must:** * Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields. * Have basic Excel skills. * Possess an analytical and organized profile, with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn. * Be available to intern **30 hours per week**. * Expected graduation date starting from **December/2026**. * Willingness to work under a **hybrid arrangement in Caldas Novas/GO** (for interns from other cities). **What we offer:** * Competitive internship stipend * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Wellhub (Gympass) – health and wellness benefit * Mentorship from experienced professionals **Join a global company where transformation arises from the connection between departments and the people who collectively build the future of agriculture.**
